Southern Waters public notice – Extraordinary board meeting
Notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) that the Board of Southern Waters will hold an extraordinary meeting:
Date: Wednesday 14 October 2026
Time: 9am
Venue: Online
Business: Southern Waters Establishment Matters
The meeting will open in public. The Board will then consider a resolution under section 48 of LGOIMA to exclude the public from the rest of the meeting, as all reports for this meeting relate to matters for which good reason exists to withhold the information under section 7 of LGOIMA.
All reports for this meeting are public excluded, so they won’t be available for public inspection. The agenda, listing the general subject of each item and the proposed resolution to exclude the public, will be available at Level 1 / 41 Tarbert Street Alexandra 9320 and online at Southern Waters – Safe, sustainable water for our Southern Districts before the meeting.
